In less than 6 years, we’ve scaled ourselves to consulting some of the largest trucking companies in North America, all while maintaining incredible results (check out our client success page for endless testimonials) from some of our clients! We help them create a foundation for their recruiting, by helping them with their marketing, recruiting, retention, and ultimately building a great trucking business that attracts truck drivers on autopilot.

We’re hiring a full-time, in-office Social Media Manager / Videographer in Winnipeg.
You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and posting content across all major platforms—owning the process from idea to final edit.
This is a high-impact, creative role for someone who can balance strategy with hands-on production.
Proven Social Growth – Demonstrated success creating and scaling social channels with a portfolio of past work.
Video & Photography Skills – Able to shoot and edit professional-quality video and photos for multiple platforms.
Editing & Analytics – Proficient with editing software (Adobe, Final Cut, etc.) and tracking engagement to optimize performance.
On-Site in Winnipeg – Must live locally and work full-time in our Winnipeg office.
Content Creation & Posting – Film, photograph, edit, and publish daily/weekly content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strategy & Growth – Develop content calendars, research trends, and execute campaigns to build a massive organic following.
Brand Storytelling – Capture behind-the-scenes moments, create video series, and craft visuals that show our culture and expertise.
Analytics & Optimization – Track engagement, test ideas, and adjust for maximum reach and impact.

You have proven experience creating and growing social channels.
• You’re skilled with video shooting, photography, and editing tools (Adobe, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
• You thrive on creative problem-solving and staying ahead of trends.
• You’re organized, self-driven, and hungry to learn and lead.
You enjoy a lot of autonomy while still enjoying the structure and team communication/meetings.
You actively look to improve, personally and professionally, through books, courses, etc.
Lastly and most importantly, you’re hungry and coachable. You understand that to be the best, you have to work hard for it and learn from others who are further ahead than you.
