CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll be Doing

Strategy & Growth

  • Build and execute organic strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • Turn content into inbound demand, not vanity metrics

  • Identify winning hooks, formats, and narratives—and scale them fast

Team Leadership

  • Lead videographers, designers, and creatives with clear standards

  • Drive speed, quality, and consistency across all content

  • Hold the team accountable to performance, not opinions

Execution & Performance

  • Oversee planning, production, publishing, and optimization

  • Repurpose and distribute winning content aggressively

  • Be accountable for reach, engagement, inbound leads, and revenue impact

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling organic social channels that drove real business results (leads, pipeline, revenue—not just followers)

  • Experience leading and managing creatives (videographers, designers, editors) with clear standards and accountability

  • Deep understanding of short-form and long-form content strategy (hooks, retention, storytelling, distribution)

  • Ability to turn strategy into fast, consistent execution

  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable tracking performance, testing ideas, and doubling down on what works

  • Clear communicator who can give direct feedback and make decisions quickly

  • High ownership mentality—you treat results like they’re your own business

BONUS

  • Experience growing YouTube and short-form platforms at scale

  • Background in B2B, consulting, or high-ticket offers

  • Experience tying organic content directly into funnels, VSLs, and sales teams

  • Familiarity with performance metrics beyond vanity KPIs
