Proven experience scaling organic social channels that drove real business results (leads, pipeline, revenue—not just followers)
Experience leading and managing creatives (videographers, designers, editors) with clear standards and accountability
Deep understanding of short-form and long-form content strategy (hooks, retention, storytelling, distribution)
Ability to turn strategy into fast, consistent execution
Strong analytical mindset—comfortable tracking performance, testing ideas, and doubling down on what works
Clear communicator who can give direct feedback and make decisions quickly
High ownership mentality—you treat results like they’re your own business
Experience growing YouTube and short-form platforms at scale
Background in B2B, consulting, or high-ticket offers
Experience tying organic content directly into funnels, VSLs, and sales teams
Familiarity with performance metrics beyond vanity KPIs
