We run a consulting business called GetTruckDrivers.com that helps trucking businesses recruit qualified drivers fast and grow their business.
In less than 3 years, we’ve scaled ourselves to helping some of the largest trucking companies in North America, all while maintaining incredible results (check out our client success page for endless testimonials) from some of our clients! We help them create a foundation for their recruiting, by helping them with their marketing, recruiting, retention, and ultimately building a great trucking business that attracts truck drivers on autopilot.
Our mission is simple…we want to help 10,000 trucking businesses by 2026 recruit truck drivers and grow their fleet. We’ve done this for hundreds of trucking companies and are growing rapidly.
Due to the rate at which we are growing, we are always bringing on new clients to work with who need to learn how to market themselves the best to attract great truck drivers. This is where you come in…
This role focuses on identifying trucking companies that would be an excellent fit for our business and presenting them with tailored programs designed to help them achieve their goals quickly and efficiently.
Identify and connect with trucking companies to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
Present our services and solutions in a compelling way that showcases the value we can bring to their business.
Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor in their recruitment and growth strategies.
Collaborate with the team to drive sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our business.
You have a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed in a sales role and a passion for helping businesses grow.
You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential and current clients.
You thrive in a client-facing role and have high stamina for 35+ hours of weekly one-on-one calls.
You are always prospecting between calls. You continue to build your own sales pipeline beyond what's provided to you.
You enjoy a lot of autonomy while still enjoying the structure and team communication/meetings.
You actively look to improve, personally and professionally, through books, courses, program consistently.
Lastly and most importantly, you’re hungry and coachable. You understand that to be the best, you have to work hard for it and learn from others who are further ahead than you.
