We help them create a foundation for their recruiting, by helping them with their marketing, recruiting, retention, and ultimately building a great trucking business that attracts truck drivers on autopilot.

We’re hiring a full-time, in-office Finance Administrator to take ownership of our internal financial operations and business reporting. In this role, you’ll manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and key dashboards that inform leadership decisions. You’ll also support onboarding, vendor coordination, and internal systems to ensure the company runs efficiently behind the scenes.
This is a high-responsibility position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and thrives in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
You will be responsible for running smooth operations of the team -
Financial Operations
• Process payroll bi-weekly
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Follow up on outstanding client invoices
• Track and forecast monthly cash flow and net income
• Support bookkeeping and coordinate with our accountant
Admin & Data Reporting
• Create and update performance dashboards in Google Sheets
• Track KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Fulfillment
• Collaborate with team to maintain accurate data
Operational Support
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding (software access, equipment, accounts)
• Maintain SOPs, checklists, subscriptions, and vendor records
• Organize travel, expense reports, and admin logistics

Must have a class 5 license and a vehicle to commute.
