We help them create a foundation for their recruiting, by helping them with their marketing, recruiting, retention, and ultimately building a great trucking business that attracts truck drivers on autopilot.

About the Role

This role aims to train and coach trucking companies

Marketing to attract truck drivers through our proven frameworks and strategies, all while maintaining the highest standards of service and support to our Client community.

We’ve grown fast because we think differently, and we are on the lookout for a JR Client Success Manager who does too.

You’ll join a tight-knit team where your content fuels growth and shapes our brand voice across multiple channels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll be Doing

Strategy & Growth

  • Guide trucking company owners to implement a proven driver recruitment system

  • Help clients set clear hiring goals and execution plans

  • Turn strategy into measurable hiring outcomes, not theor

Team Leadership

  • Lead clients through 1:1 and group coaching sessions with clear expectations

  • Train clients on the full driver recruitment process using our framework

  • Hold clients accountable to execution and results, not intentions

Execution & Performance

  • Oversee client progress across implementation and ongoing execution

  • Identify gaps, remove roadblocks, and keep clients on track

  • Be accountable for client success, performance targets, and outcomes

Requirements

  • You are familiar with the online marketing space and have experience working with clients.

  • You have a proven track record with Facebook Ads, funnel, CRMs, copywriting, and email marketing.

  • You thrive in a client-facing role and have high stamina for 20+ hours of weekly coaching sessions.

  • You enjoy creative problem-solving.

  • You can implement a proven driver recruiting system and help trucking companies learn the ropes.

  • You can hold people accountable to what they say they want.

  • You enjoy a lot of autonomy while still enjoying the structure and team communication/meetings.

  • You actively look to improve, personally and professionally, through books, courses, etc.

BONUS

  • Experience growing YouTube and short-form platforms at scale

  • Background in B2B, consulting, or high-ticket offers

  • Experience tying organic content directly into funnels, VSLs, and sales teams

  • Familiarity with performance metrics beyond vanity KPIs
